Shipping policy

Article 1 - Shipping


Products are packaged in accordance with applicable transport standards in order to ensure maximum protection during delivery.

The product(s) will be delivered to the postal address provided by the Buyer at the time of placing the order and indicated on the delivery note.

A tracking number will be sent to the Buyer by email once the order has been processed. The Buyer will be able to track the shipment from dispatch to delivery.

All orders are shipped via DHL, Chronopost, or another carrier of equivalent reputation.

As delivery is carried out by third-party service providers, FALLON cannot be held liable if the failure or improper execution of delivery is attributable to the Buyer, a third party, or an event of force majeure.

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to verify the condition and conformity of the goods upon delivery and to report any anomaly to the carrier and to FALLON by email within 72 hours of receipt.

FALLON offers express courier delivery within 24 to 48 business hours for selected orders within Paris intra-muros.

FALLON offers fixed shipping rates with Chronopost and DHL Express in order to ensure secure and timely delivery.

France

  • Standard shipping (2 to 4 business days) — Free on a selection of items
  • Express shipping (1 to 2 business days) — from €10

Europe

  • Express shipping (2 to 4 business days) — from €20

International

  • International express shipping (3 to 7 business days) — from €15

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the item and destination.

Article 2 - Returns and Refunds

The products offered on fallon.store include vintage, second-hand, and new products from contemporary brands selected by FALLON.

Vintage or second-hand items constitute unique products individually selected. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and the Terms and Conditions of Sale of the website fallon.store, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these products. Any order consisting exclusively of vintage or second-hand items is therefore final and binding.

For new products from contemporary brands, the Buyer has a legal period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide justification.

Returned products must be:

  • unused
  • in their original condition
  • returned with their original packaging and accessories, where applicable

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer.

Any incomplete, used, damaged, or unsellable returned product may be refused.

No returns or refunds will be accepted, including for vintage or second-hand items, except in the following cases:

  • a clear error in the item shipped
  • a major defect not disclosed in the product description
  • proven damage occurring during transport

In these cases only, the Buyer must contact FALLON by email at info@fallon.store within 72 hours of receiving the order, providing any information or photographs necessary to assess the non-conformity.

Following review, FALLON reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer:

  • a refund
  • a store credit
  • an alternative appropriate solution

Exchanges are not offered.

Any return made without the prior written approval of FALLON may be refused and returned to the sender.
